My approach
Wild Studio
Yoga for everybody,
everywhere.
Outdoor, holistic and inspiring yoga · accessible to all · closer to nature.

I enjoy teaching yoga in a holistic way, incorporating various aspects of yoga whether it be postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas) or meditation...
My classes are often enhanced with brief teachings of traditional philosophy and yogic science, leaving everyone with a happy reminder or a small takeaway to carry off the yoga mat.
holistic
yoga
for
everybody
& all bodies
My yoga classes, workshops, and retreats are above all joyful sharing moments where everyone can practice according to their level (beginner or advanced yogi), at their own pace, and whatever their motivations (physical, mental, spiritual).
During my classes, I offer my students different options and posture variations so that everyone can adapt their yoga practice and asanas according to their abilities, their current physical condition, while listening to their body and its needs.

My classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience with yoga, ethnic and social background, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, abilities, culture, or religion.
Diversity
& inclusion
As yoga should be accessible to everyone, I aim to offer my classes at a fair and appropriate price, so that everyone can afford a yoga session regardless of their means.
Let the price never be an obstacle to the practice of yoga, and may everyone allow themselves a moment of connection and well-being!
accessible
& affordable

everywhere
anywhere
Wild Yoga Studio is nomad. In a park, on a rooftop, near a lake or on a beach... Let's explore yoga together with the environment, the weather, and the setting that is offered to us! As close to nature as possible.
Comfortable clothing, a support (yoga mat, beach mat or towel), and you. What else do we need?
Inspired by my dual certified training (with the Yoga Alliance) in ashtanga yoga (200h) and hatha-vinyasa (300h), I offer a rhythmic🎶 & dynamic flow, inviting my students to explore new postures and yoga techniques with curiosity, while respecting each person's limits. The right intensity level that allows you, at the end of each session, reaching a state of contemplation and deep relaxation
Each class is a moment of self-discovery, of one's body and mind... Therefore, I particularly emphasize on feelings, breath and inner work, much more than on the complexity of poses and physical performance.
